Skittle is looking for a new home because one of the dogs in her home is too curious about her. She is fine with other dogs as long as they mind their own business, but would probably prefer to be an only pet. Her current owner feels she'd be happier in a new home where she won't have to be secluded from the family and can spend more time with her owner.
