Moultrie was found in a remote area, probably dumped there. He's currently in an emergency outdoor foster home because we have no indoor space available. More info to come as we get to know him better. He is friendly and happy so far and very people-focused. He enjoys belly rubs. He gels with dogs, cats, and children.
