Snoop's owner moved out of a rental house and left him to starve. The landlord had called the pound but a rescuer happened by at the right time. Snoop was very shy and nearly starved but now that he's in foster care, he has come out and is an extremely handsome fellow. Snoop should be an inside/outside dog and will play well with anyone. He is very gentle and eager to please. Snoop is waiting for his family to recognize his potential.
